A little about me and this website . . .

My lady and I conceived of this blogsite many years ago and I started blogging back in 2009.  Life kept getting in the way of our journey of completion though, and we had to take detour after detour it seems and it took forever to get this small blogsite done between demands of work, family and me of course.  My lady always worries about me and has to make sure that I am running well and in condition.  Honestly, she would rather buy new tires or engine parts for me when I need them than new boots or jeans for herself!  For those of you who have known me since my infancy, when I was still wet behind the side view mirrors as I rolled off the car transport that fateful day when I met my lady for the first time, I can definitely say that my lady has made sure I have aged well.  My now 454 engine purrs contentedly when running and is turbo-charged thanks to my lady and I have a new suspension system that she installed for me as well.  I can still do high tens/low elevens on the quarter mile but my racing days are over. Mostly I just now chauffeur my lady wherever she wants to go and whenever she wants to spend time with me.

Inspiration and hope as you travel down the road of life . . .

Since the journey can be rocky sometimes and seem lonely at times, we wanted to make sure that if anyone ever felt that they were alone or was in need of some inspiration and encouragement then they could look on this blog and find the inspiration they needed to continue on their journey.  Ultimately, that is the goal of this site—to offer support to all, Camaro lovers and even non-Camaro lovers  :>).  So, enjoy the writings as I tell you about our journey and what we have learned over the many years since I rolled off the assembly line.  All in all, it has been a very, very surprising and enlightening journey so far!
